  • Certain products, such as for hygiene reasons like opened beauty products  may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please  contact our customer support team, fill out a return form on our website. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or we made an error with your order.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and indicate that you would like an exchange. We will process the exchange subject to product availability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, Pakistan.
